This Week at the Health Club
Happy Monday! So far, everything is a GO for this week, but be sure to check back here for updates if the weather gets crazy again. Monday Pilate/Yoga class was great. We worked on Lotus movements and inner core enhancement! Wen we will add some power movements to the workout!
